Prefabricated building / Prefab house is built with light steel frames and kinds of sandwich panels.
Basically there were 2types of prefab house system:
K type prefabricated house and T type prefabricated house. The K type prefabricated house is a modular building system, there were its standard dimensions, the width could be 5560mm, 6230mm or 7360mm, while the length could be N*K (K=1800mm), and the height could be 3P, 6P or 9P (P=950mm, 3P is single floor, 6P is two floors and 9P is three floors), while the T type prefab house will be much more customized, it means the T type house could be designed in any size as requirements.

1. Unit figure for K house dimension is K, 1K=1.82m, K is the distance between two closest coulmns.

2. K house can be built as 1 to 3 floors building. Figures for house with different stories: One floor=3P, two floor=6p, three floor=9p

3. K house is qualified water proof, fire proof, heat insulation and sound insulation performance.

4. K house can be relocated to different site, It can be assembled and disassembled six times.

5. K house is anti termites. All steel structures are well painted and anti-rust which can be normally used for 10~15 years, and all materials can be recycled.

6. K house only requires level concrete floor for the foundation. 

7. 4 labors one team, can install more than 200 m²per day.
