Product Description

Roof and Wall Sandwich Panels LJ Sandwich panels are produced using Polystyrene (EPS), Polyurethane (PU), rigid Polyisocyanurate (PIR), Glass Wool or Mineral Wool core with external and internal sheets in steel, aluminum or stainless steel of varying thickness, coatings and colors.

 

 

 

 

Lj Steel Structure sandwich panels are cost-efficient prefabricated products, which is made of Two (2) layers galvanized color metalsheet, insulated with different core materials. The insulating corematerials could be EPS(Polystyrene), Fiberglass, Rockwool orPU(Polyurethane).

The Sandwich panels, Corrugated color steelsheet could be used for Prefabricated house, Site camp, Warehouse.Workshop etc.

Features/Advantages: Fire resistance: The rock wool core material is a non-combustible material with a sintering temperature of over 1000C, which can effectively block the spread of the flame in a fire and minimize the fire.
Insulation and energy saving:rock wool has low thermal conductivity (λ = 0.043w/m·k), and good thermal insulation performance. Excellent node design ensures sealing performance and thermal insulation effect.
Sound insulation: sound insulation ≥ 30dB, effectively reducing the interference of external noise.
Water tightness/air tightness: The unique interlocking joint between the plates
Prevents the intrusion of water: The end connection of the plates is sealed inside to maintain good air tightness.
Sturdy and durable: High-quality rock wool material with high water repellency, supplemented by rigid polyurethane foam filling on both sides of the tongue and groove, enhances the overall strength and makes the building more durable and stable.
